HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIR/SERVICE TAKE?
Repair times vary depending on the service. After evaluating your needs, we’ll provide an estimated timeframe. Typically, our turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks, as we aim to complete each job efficiently while maintaining high quality.
WILL THERE BE A COLOR DIFFERENCE AFTER DYEING?
We will make every effort to match the colors as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the original factory color. If this is a concern, we recommend carefully considering your options.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR AFTERCARE?
After picking up the item, there will be a 2-week fixation period. During this time, we kindly ask that you avoid contact with water or friction. Should any issues arise during this period that are not caused by human factors, we would be happy to reinforce the item at no additional cost. After the 2-week period, if you would like further color correction, additional fees may apply based on our evaluation. During the fixation period, we also recommend protecting the item from rain and refraining from wiping it with water, alcohol, or maintenance oil.
