➊ How do I book an appointment? Do you accept walk-ins?

To ensure every designer piece receives our undivided attention, we operate by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. To get started, please submit a Request Form with clear photos of your bag (the front, back, bottom, and close-ups of any specific damage).

➋ I submitted a quote for my bag. When will I hear back?

If you've reached out and haven't heard back immediately, it’s likely because our artisans have their hands full—literally!—working on a beloved bag with dyes, cleaners, and delicate designer leathers. 

We apologize if we miss your call. Texting is the absolute fastest way to reach us. Just shoot us a text, and our team will get back to you with an update as soon as we take our gloves off!

➌ Where is your studio located? 

Our office is conveniently located in Irvine/Costa Mesa, just 5 minutes away from South Coast Plaza. Please note that to maintain a safe, secure, and focused environment, our actual repair studio is a separate, private facility and is not open to the public.

❹ I don't live in Orange County. Can I mail my bag to you?

Absolutely! While we love serving our local Southern California community, we frequently accept mail-in restorations from clients all over the country. 

Once you submit your quote and speak with our artisans online, we will provide you with secure, step-by-step instructions on how to package and ship your bag safely to our studio.

✨ The Restoration Process & Expectations

➊ How long will my restoration take?

Our standard turnaround time is typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the season. This allows our artisans the time needed to complete each restoration with meticulous care, ensuring the final result meets our rigorous quality standards.

➋ What should I expect after the treatment?

Our core philosophy is to restore your bag's natural beauty without over-treating it, ensuring the leather retains its authentic touch, shape, and shine. 

Depending on how the leather reacts, some deep scratches or set-in oil stains may remain slightly visible, but they will be significantly minimized. We prioritize the long-term health and integrity of your bag above all else.

➌ Will the color be an exact match?

We use premium luxury pigments to match your bag’s original hue as closely as humanly possible. While we always strive for a flawless and seamless transition, slight variations can occasionally occur due to the leather's natural aging, fading, and porosity. 

We believe in total transparency and will always set clear, honest expectations with you during your initial consultation.

❹ Can you restore Louis Vuitton Vachetta leather? 

Yes, we can! Vachetta is the light, untreated leather commonly found on Louis Vuitton handles and straps, and it requires highly specialized, gentle care. We expertly address water spots, heavy darkening, and dryness through deep cleaning and conditioning to preserve the leather's authentic, supple character.

❺ Can you treat special materials like coated canvas or suede?

Yes! Beyond traditional leather, we provide specialized care for Goyard and Louis Vuitton coated canvas, as well as delicate suede and nubuck. 

Because every material is unique, each piece is evaluated individually so we can prescribe the safest and most effective treatment plan.

❻ Do you restore interior linings? 

We perform a hygienic deep clean to extract interior dust, debris, and makeup. Please note: "Sticky" or peeling linings are a known degradation issue in many vintage luxury pieces. 

While we can thoroughly clean them, the results may be limited depending on how far the original synthetic material has broken down over the years.

➊ Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on your work?

We proudly stand by our craftsmanship. We provide a 2-week "fixation period" after you pick up your bag. If any non-accidental issues arise during this curing window, we will reinforce the restoration at no cost to you. 

To let the treatments fully set, we highly recommend keeping your bag away from water, lotions, and heavy friction during this time.

➋ Will restoration affect the resale value of my designer bag? 

 Professional restoration protects and often increases your investment! A refreshed bag with polished hardware and conditioned leather commands a higher price and sells much faster on the luxury resale market. 

Conversely, bad DIY touch-ups with the wrong paints can permanently ruin a bag and destroy its resale value —which is exactly why expert care is so crucial.

➌ Do you offer authentication services?

We do not offer standalone authentication for outside bags at this time. However, every single piece in our pre-order and in-stock resale collections is rigorously verified by our experts, so you can shop our platform with 100% confidence.
